Ways to start

Start wherever fits. Move up when you're ready.

Most clients start with one automation. Some stay there — it's enough. Others use it as the first step toward something bigger. All three are the same team and the same honesty about what's actually worth doing next.

Most common starting point
01 — Proven automations

Fix the leaks first.

Best for
Missed calls, cold leads, no-shows, repetitive admin.
What you get
A proven automation, connected to your business, monitored by us.
Typical timing
Live within a week.
Price
From $750 setup + $129–$279/mo, depending on complexity.

02 — Custom automation

Build what off-the-shelf can't.

Best for
A workflow that's genuinely your own, or systems that don't talk to each other.
What you get
A 90-minute workshop plus a written, prioritised roadmap — credited toward the build if you proceed.
Typical timing
Roadmap in ~1 week, build 2–4 weeks after.
Price
$950 consult; build quoted $2,500–$8,000.

03 — 90-day systems & growth

Build a stronger business that runs without you.

Best for
Owners who want more capacity, better margins and a business that runs without them — whether or not selling is on the horizon.
What you get
A 90-day plan combining process, systems and automation, backed by a guarantee. Matt's personally built and sold three businesses — one repositioned and sold within 48 hours of listing.
Price
Scoped during your free call — typically $8,000–$20,000+.

Tier 1, in plain terms

Not sure which automation fits? Start with whichever problem sounds like today.

Be the business that responds first

Missed calls and after-hours enquiries get an instant reply — before the job goes to whoever calls back first.

Turn contacts back into conversations

A targeted push against your stale leads and past customers — priced as a one-off campaign, not a subscription.

Give skilled people the work they shouldn't be doing

Data entry, enrichment and repetitive admin move to automation, freeing billable hours for the work only your team can do.

Know what's happening without chasing everyone

Bookings, reminders and status updates run themselves, so nothing waits on a phone call to move forward.

Results

Real business improvements, not just technology demos.

Simply Draft

More professional capacity

Lead investigation was taking about 30 minutes per enquiry. A better information workflow reduced it to about 5 minutes, reclaiming more than five hours each week.

The problem

Your business is probably leaking time, money and opportunities.

Not because your team is failing. Usually it's because the business has grown around workarounds: information copied between systems, enquiries followed up inconsistently, skilled people buried in admin, customers forgotten and too many decisions returning to the owner.

Those small leaks compound. We find the ones that matter, calculate the opportunity and fix them — without turning improvement into another job for you.

Recover time

Reduce repetitive work, searching, chasing and double handling.

Recover revenue

Improve response, follow-up, reactivation and customer retention.

Create capacity

Free skilled people and owners to focus on work only they can do.

Improve control

Make work visible, consistent and less dependent on one person.

Reduce friction

Remove avoidable steps, errors, delays and customer confusion.

Protect headspace

Reduce unnecessary interruptions while preserving what genuinely needs attention.

Low hassle

We carry the analysis, project plan, implementation and measurement.

Independent judgement

We may recommend a process change, an existing feature, or doing nothing yet.

Clear ownership

You own the Review findings. Your data, access and responsibilities are documented.

Our method

Find it. Fix it. Prove it.

Find it

We watch how the work really happens, identify where value is leaking and separate frustrating problems from expensive ones.

Fix it

We design and implement the simplest reliable improvement — better process, software you already own, an integration, automation, AI or a combination.

Prove it

We agree the baseline before work begins and measure the result after launch: time recovered, revenue influenced, cost avoided, capacity created or control improved.

Then we keep improving what's worthwhile — and leave the rest alone.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

No. momentuum is a business improvement company. Automation and AI are useful tools, but only when they're the right answer to a worthwhile business problem.

No. Show us how the work happens and what's frustrating or underperforming. We'll identify the opportunities and recommend the simplest sensible response.

We've designed the process for time-poor owners. You provide a focused session, real examples, access and decisions. We do the mapping, analysis, implementation, testing and project management.

You can — and sometimes that's exactly what we'll recommend. The value of momentuum is choosing the right problem, designing the change around your business, handling the real-world exceptions and measuring the outcome.

We qualify first. If we complete an eligible Review and can't identify the minimum opportunity described in our promise, we refund the Review fee. You still own the findings.

No. We provide evidence-based estimates, disclose assumptions, agree a baseline and measure what changes. Results also depend on data, adoption, customer behaviour and other business conditions.

That's the preference. We first look for a simpler process or capability in tools you already own before introducing something new.

You can stop, begin another project, or use Managed Improvement to monitor results, optimise the solution and periodically identify the next worthwhile opportunity.
